At 5:11am this morning, my wife gave birth to our son (our second kiddo). He weighed in at 7lbs 2 oz, and is 21 1/4 inches long. 10 fingers, 10 toes, and will be getting his first box end wrench soon.

Also, have a couple lowered 4Runners and a sweet 2RZ Hilux I cruised in with from The Old School Reunion yesterday.

She gets all the credit. Au natural birth at home with a midwife. Water broke just before midnight, I took a nap at 4am. Woke up at 5am. Just in time to watch her have two major contractions and then, out he came! Thankfully my mother-in-law was here and helped her through the whole thing (she had 3 of her kids at home).

My kids were all natural (birth center) or home births (last two.) It’s the Warrior Woman moment for sure. Remember, sleep is a weapon. Get it where you can and do not pay attention to anyone that wants to make up a story about it.
